Weekend Ink Kicks Off 2016-2017 Season with Sci-Fi/Fantasy World-Building Workshop 9/17
Lake Erie Ink kicks off its 2016-2017 Weekend Ink series with a workshop to let your imagination run wild and explore the realm of science fiction/fantasy world-building. If you’ve ever wanted to live in a magical world, this workshop is for you. Featuring guest artist Mary Turzillo, youth will learn the ins and outs of creating the perfect science fiction or fantasy setting.

Dr. Mary A. Turzillo, former Kent State English professor and avid fencer is author of “Mars Is No Place for Children”, “An Old-Fashioned Martian Girl” and a book of poetry entitled, “Your Cat & Other Space Aliens”. Mary is excited to share her techniques and processes to develop a new world for your characters.
