“How do we keep our souls from getting dusty?”
“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”–Pablo Picasso
Inhale, exhale.
Rinse, lather, and repeat.

Destruction is impossible
To imagine is to create.

I keep my soul from getting dusty by writing, create new ideas, and trying to stay positive. All I know is that keeping your soul from getting dusty is really not being negative and trying to be positive. How does art enhance daily life? Shoot. Art is life. Mostly everything we do is art. A person can relate his life with a picture.

Art helps everyday life by being the center way of people expressing themselves. Art pictures can show life stories and other things that show how life and art connect. As some people say, a picture is worth h our souls clean.

Art for me expresses everyday life in forms of rhythm, lyric, paint, etc. Art helps people show many thoughts and perspectives in different forms. Art also helps unit people in the sense that everyone may not see the same way or feel the same way but they might feel a way that someone else can relate to.
This question is interesting because a “dusty soul” is a phrase that is available for interpretation. I would say a dusty soul is a soul inexperienced and unused, put aside and replaced by others’ expectations, opinions, and emotions. I feel that in order to avoid a dusty soul you stay true to yourself, have your own opinions and exceed your personal expectations.

I think you can keep your soul from getting dusty by being active and doing things that keep you young. Like when you get a certain age and it’s time to retire. Don’t just pack and go home and do nothing. Like go travel or take an art class. Like don’t be the stereotypical senior citizen. Like if you’re always doing/trying something new then your soul won’t get dusty.

one thousand words!
We can do art and be focused on that and not what is wrong with life. Getting lost in our art is how we wash our souls. I learned that art shouldn’t have to be beautifully perfect to be beautifully beautiful.
