Lake Erie Ink is pleased to announce that we have received ARPA (American Recovery Plan Act) funding from the city of Cleveland Heights. All Summer Ink programs will cost $25 each for Cleveland Heights residents. This includes both evening programs and day camps.

Evening Ink

 📝 Inside Out | 6th-12th grade | 6:30-8pm | Thursdays | July 10-Aug 7 | FREE

Express yourself from the inside out! Through creative writing, journaling, and spoken word, this program helps teens explore their identities, emotions, and experiences in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Facing the College Essay

 Writing your college essay? Work with skilled teaching artists to craft a standout Common App essay and compelling personal narratives. Gain expert feedback, refine your writing, and make your application shine!

 Walk-ins welcome—drop in and create with us!

This summer, Weekend Ink invites writers, artists, and makers of all ages to explore creativity through hands-on, community-driven workshops. Whether you’re crafting a story, shaping clay, or finding inspiration in the kitchen, these Sunday sessions offer a welcoming space to create, connect, and experiment. Bring your family, bring a friend, or come solo—everyone has a story to tell!

Stories have letters—just like words! Go Bananas with Lake Erie Ink. In this Scrabble-like game, participants will explore word building and team collaboration. Grab some family and friends to be the first team to turn your letters into words!
