For grades 6-12. Scholarships are available for all programs. Programs take place at Lake Erie Ink’s Taylor Road location (2108 S Taylor Rd.) unless otherwise noted.

Face the College Essay Workshops

Work with our skilled teaching artists to master the common app essay and create powerful personal narratives.

College Essay workshops are free. All sessions take place at Lake Erie Ink.

Creative Co-Lab

A third space for teens! Hang out with Lake Erie Ink on the weekend. The Creative Co-Lab is a space and opportunity for you to bring a project, start a project, or get inspired by other creative teens. We will have an artist on site, a couple of snacks, and plenty of supplies.

Join Lake Erie Ink to meet and learn from local writers! This year’s event will feature a meet and greet with the writers, a panel, and workshops led by the writers. Lunch will be provided.

Open Mic @ LEI | Apr 25 | 6:30-8pm | all ages | FREE

Join us at Lake Erie Ink for an Open Mic celebrating National Poetry Month. Work on your piece and perform for others!


Evening Ink

Dungeons & Dragons: Story Games

Mondays | 6-8pm | Apr 7-May 15 | 4th-8th grade

Wednesdays | 4-6pm | Apr 9-May 14 | 4th-8th grade

Fridays | 4-6pm | Apr 11-May 23 | 4th-8th grade

$10 registration fee

Participants will create their own character and epic tale that will guide them through the story game.

Whether you’re a budding novelist, a poet, or just love to express yourself through words, this club is the perfect place for you! Engage in fun writing prompts, share your work, receive feedback, and connect with fellow writers. All skill levels are welcome! Find your unique voice in a supportive community.
